Regardless of the type, bookings for photo sessions at the farm are EASY!

Just book your session along with your stay, arrive on time, and the fun begins.  With several settings sprinkled around the farm, critters at the ready, and two antique trucks to act as props, we can help you bring your vision to life!

All sessions are subject to state and local sales tax.  Use of the interior portions of the farmstay accommodations are not guaranteed.

Whether you'd like to add a workshop onto your farmstay or book one as a day visit for locals, we can accommodate you!  For farmstay guests coming to stay at the farm,  we do require a two-night minimum to book workshops.  Just include it with your booking! 
For locals, our workshop availability is listed below in the contact/booking request form. To book a private workshop, just fill out the form!   We will PayPal invoice you, and your reservation is guaranteed upon payment. 

For everyone, pricing is per person, per workshop.  All workshops are subject to state and local sales tax.

NOTE:  Due to safety protocols, we do have a minimum age for workshops--16 years old with an adult guardian or 18 years old without a guardian.  All participants are required to sign a liability waiver
upon arrival.

Our workshop offerings:

  • Mini Photo Shoot:  (Farmstay guests only) Don't rely on a few cell phone "selfies" to preserve those lifetime memories of your visit to the farm!  Book a photo session for while you are here!  Guests can spend a half an hour visiting locations around the farm guest areas, attended by our own in-house photographer.  Photos are uploaded to Pixieset, and guests are sent an email and given a code for three free digital downloads, included in the price of the photo shoot.  Additional digital images or prints may be purchased separately.   

    Price: $150 ++ per group. 
 

  • Make & Take Jar Candles: Age 18+.  Workshop duration:  Approximately 2 hours, plus. All supplies provided. Guests will work with our in-house soap and candle maker to produce 4 small jar candles that they are able to take home with them.  Each step is explained, then executed, as guests learn the ins and outs of candle making.  Price is per-person, subject to 9.75% sales tax. This workshop requires a two night stay to allow time for the candles to harden and be transportable. Local attendees can pick up their candles next-day. 

     Price: $50.00 ++ per participant 
     

  • Cupcake Decorating: Workshop duration:  Ages 18+.  Approximately 3 hours, plus. All supplies provided. Guests are provided with a basic yellow cake mix and paper wrappers to bake cupcakes to bring to the workshop.  When the workshop begins, guests will work with our resident artisan chef to produce one dozen decorated cupcakes that they are able to keep and eat. 
    Each step is explained, then executed, as guests learn the ins and outs of working with buttercream.  Price is per-person, subject to 9.75% sales tax.     

     Price: $50.00 ++ per participant 
     

  • Tic-Tac-Toe Rock Painting:  Ages 18+.  It's always nice to have a little something from the farm to take home with you--that's what this workshop is all about!  Something to keep, and something to share.  Time:  +/- 1 hr.  Participants will select rocks from our rock bucket, then work with acrylic paints, markers, glue, and glitter to create a unique tic-tac-toe game.  All parts produced are dried and then clear-coated to protect the project. Price is per-person, subject to 9.75% sales tax.
